That is really wide open, I have one that is 24" x 3" one is 18"x 2 3/4" one os 16"x 2 3/4".
I base the measurements on the body I am using.

frame dimensions will be dependant on the body & axles you want to use, and the wheel base you desire - there are no hard set rules about this, so what you are asking for is basically an impossibility - nearly every frame is slightly different. Even so called "stock" frames - like the SCX10 or the TF2 - get modified to suit individual needs/wants.
