With The Motor up front. And servo Gear on the chassis. that is bound to happen.

I'm thinking of combating with Two Batts mounted on either side of frame rails on makeshift rock sliders.

And maybe a nice metal bumper and tire mounted

That is probably is best setup adding weight mid ship. The battery in the dash doesn't help, it's just a perfect spot for it and it's pretty light battery. I'm going try some weight in the receiver box and weight on spare tire. Or weight on the bottom of the interior. Weight on the tire may add to top heaviness. For sure installing the sway bar. It rolls over and un weights the tire and rolls. This thing is going to be a tank with the extra weight. Lol

Small update, installed much needed lighting over the bench top.

Cleaned up and permanently wired all the electrical. Put the bec in the receiver box with a toggle to kill the power. The roof and bumper light bars are on a toggle, have a spare toggle for I don't know what.....lol. installed 90mm shafts on the rear King shocks along with a swaybar. Weighted the rear wheels, she runs pretty stable now.

Bec is set to 7.4v them lights be bright as......

I'm thinking I need some metal axles........$$$$......

Cut that sh!t off...... Just kidding. I changed out to narrower hubs, I'm going to order the narrowest ones. I like how the wheels tuck inside the wells better.

Junfac, low profile and strong. I ended up cutting the shock tower down to move the body back some. That is the reason for 90mm shaft. In the front I used a gearhead lift kit to position the shock higher. I get great articulation up front.

Are the these bodies the same as the ones with the interior?

If so I was thinking of getting one for a spare. Will the interior bolt into to this body? All my mounting points are on my interior, in theory I should just be able to swap the body. For $35 should get a couple, the interior should outlast the body.

yes and no. I bought two thinking it was, but the material is different. Not plastic, but some sort of plastic-type. No interior at all, but with some work you can get an interior to fit.

Here is a quick view using that body. You can see the interior inside of it. The holes are molded into this one the same as the hard plastic one.

So your saying the interior screws on to the body with the eight screws and I see the top fits. In other words no modifying?

You still have to modify it somewhat to make it fit. I had to cut off the back tray, and figure out a way to mount the interior in the back. The front of the interior will mount into the holes already molded into the body. The roof, I had to cut on the body to make the back fit. If you look closely, you can see the two screws that I used to hold the two together. I can take some more pics if it will help.
