MFM Racing makes the best(IMO) scale chassis. Easy to setup, easy to make many different adjustments and great price. Nearly every rig in the ORCRC scale class runs a MFM Racing scale chassis. http://mfmracing.com/ They now have a black anodized chassis. I got to see it at Sunday's comp, very nice. I need to get a black anodized one just because it's so nice! |

Most chassis I have seen used c-channel aluminum. You can find it at your local hardware store, Home Depot or Lowes. I tried my hand at building one. Was'nt to bad and I had to use all hand tools. I now have a K2-3L chassis!!! ;) Nice chassis! That mfmracing chassis is a nice setup. |

the frame under this rig is out of 1/2 square tubing . the bends where cut welded back together to get the shape . then ripped down the middle to get each side . ![]() |

If you are good with tools and you got access to them you should be able to make your own chasis you dont need a welder to build it, theres plenty of builds on here to help and advertised for sale. below is a link to the one i built (the first cut c section of them all i think) lol. |

ha ha thats what everyone asks. it took less than 5 mins with a brand new blade. took longer to figure out how in the hell to hold it still and cut straight.
