|  Gelande vs Gelande 2?
Is there any information anywhere that outlines the differences between the two? I can tell the wheels and tires are different, but is there anything else?

Short answer: Everything. The chassis rails are different. Transmission and transfercase are different. Axles are different. Some nuts and bolts might be compatible. The shocks are a different versions so I don't know about compatibility. Atleast the Gelände versions were quite crappy. |
