Got my Mini HH today and it rocks. He also sent it out priority when I only payed for standard. Went above and beyond what I was expecting.

Thanks for the Killer service will be ordering again at some point.

Thanks again
Brent

John,
Thank you for working with me on my order over the last week and coping with the changes. Your customer service is outstanding.
I can't wait to put that HH 7T power down on my friends rigs for the Mardis Gras crawler bot wars. Run'm over and run away.

I ordered some motors on a monday morning and they didnt ship until Friday. This is the first time I have ordered from Holmes Hobbies and am very dissapointed with the shipping time. From other feedback I see on here It looks as if this is not typical of the service at Holmes Hobbies but guys have gotten their orders in other countries sooner than my order shipped.I think 5 days is a little much as far as shipping an order. Its the longest ship time of any product I have ever ordered

JRH, your hand wounds are simply amazing. I hit the rocks with your Epic 35t for the first time last Saturday. The wheel speed was what I expected from 35t, the low end control however is simply mind boggling, never have I driven such a smooth motor. Plus the Epic can just looks cool

I was surprised by the run time. I expected less than my 45t Integy gave, but got about 7 mins more per pack on average. GO, GO Efficiency.

Already sent John a thank you personally, but thought I'd throw one down here too.....if I was a hot chick, not fat, but actually hot.....I'd let ya see my boobies....

Thanks for the awesome service. My Torquemaster Puller motor, BR-XL / esc combo from you gives me 2+ hours run time on a Lipo 2200 3s2p 11.1 volt saddle pack on my new SCX10 honcho. You got some rad products and killer service.

I will ALWAYS buy my rc stuff from you forever.....remember to imagine pretend hot girl boobies thanking you.

Got my waterproof TM esc and your 35t combo last week and I love it I'm curious what pinion I should run on a stock Honcho with a 2 cell lipo. I previously had a traxxas velinium (sp) with a 14 tooth pionon. I would like to be around the same wheel speed. I know 14 is too slow but how big should I go...20?

Oh I also scored your non waterproof version in a trade so now I'm truely HOOKED UP!

Thumbs up

I wanted to say thanks for all the info you provide here in the forums, and the excellent help in your vendor spot here. It saved us both some time!

I recently had been noticing the rear 10t puller running hot in my moa losi, and it was killing batteries fast. The other day I was chasing the dog around and noticed sparks coming out of the rear motor!

So I was just about going to email and ask if you had any suggestions, but figured.. I better search first... BAM. Right there in your support thread, sparks = bad timing, retimed the motor with your instructions, and all is well. I love it when a manufacturer/vendor has every bit of information out there where you can find it. It makes tinkering, or fixing things soo much easier. Not to mention reducing your own product support workload.

Love these pullers in the MOA, I tried some 45t V11 Integy motors and just couldn't live with the stall. Sourced these pullers and WOW. These are parts breaking motors if you don't pay attention... GREAT PRODUCTS, thanks!

Default Awesome Customer Service

Just wanted to say thanks for all your help. I had a short in my FXR which I am pretty sure fried my battery from HH. I sent the speed controller, lipo and my bec to Rob. He touble shot my system for me and found the short in my speed controller. Then he shipped it to Tekin for me and replaced the battery. My new FXR is on its way back to Texas as well as my battery and a new 35t handwound

Thank You Sir
