Got mine today...Took pics of the packaging before I went on line. You guys are fast.

If this thing is half as good as the packaging...I am happy.

Going in tonight.

Have any package pricing on these yet? What kinda cost with a Max and also with the Quark. I assume the Quark would be a bare minimum right...and would be best to go with the Max?

BTW...how's Castle coming with those voltage reg's?

The quark actually works pretty well. It even does well on 3s lipo from my testing.

I have no clue about the regs, no word

Im not sure if I even have enough to put together a package price. I have already gone through all but about 50 motors. RCP has some on the way to them as well.

what are your recommended settings for a mamba maxx?

the start up power is a lil lacking but once it gets going it is truly a beast.

I am running the wk trans and 19/96 gearing btw. Any smaller pinion and it rubs on the trans the way I have it "clocked."
I also have the starting power set to high.

I didn't get anything today, so maybe tomorrow, in time for our comp on Saturday? That'd be sweet!

Can't wait to get mine... Have two on the way....

This maybe a stupid question.... But with all that power. Will the Stock Clod cases flex? I know with brushless power on stock Pede tranny; they flex. But thats at alot faster wheel speed..... I wouldn't think they would. I really don't want to get Alumn cases.

Your setting are good, as long as you have no punch control. You might want to tweak with the timing and see what suits you best too. If that doesn't work, add voltage. You can run 12 cells no issue if the ESC will take it.

They might flex, but I kinda doubt it. The gearbox is pretty solid. Where you might have issues is around the diff gear and counter gear mesh, but as long as you are careful about the throttle there should be no issues.

Took off early to get home and throw in the "master". Wow, what a difference brushless makes. Very smooth completly unstoppable power. I think I need a few more cells though, wheel speed has gone down a bit compared to the 45t. Thanks to JRH for all of his help getting this newbie on the BL bandwagon. I'm very impressed with everything
