After hours of bashing my head in the wall.... I need beer and boobies.

however, I think I found the issue. I had a BEC running 7.4v to the receiver which in all situations, even with different receivers, the relay switch did not work. It did work on the RSPro, which has 6v BEC internally, and did not have an external BEC... in this situation it worked. Finally got me thinking, oh shit, try different voltages with the external BEC on the working ESC/receiver combo, and sure enough once I put the external BEC at 6v or under the relay started working.

Hey guys, I don't know if any of you get this or heard of it, but I get a catalog called micromark, it's a catalog for model builders, static, RC, railroading, etc. Their website is Shop Small Hobby Tools & Miniature Tools from Micro Mark. They sell a compact vacuum forming machine for $150, and on the page opposite there is a control board for servo's. Sounds like you figured out your bug, zero, but if you continue to have the problem, it might be something to look in to.

To you guys that are machinists and welders, what do you think of the 90amp flux wire welder that harbor freight has for $99? I have limited skills in welding, just what I remember from high school, where I learned to arc weld. I know that wire feed is different. I self taught myself to braze, and I'm thinking this would be an inexpensive investment to teach myself to mig weld.
