| Re: NIRC. Chit Chat Im not a fan of that design. I like my bluemonkey arms with the Jato ends.. Any way I think the bigger issue is the front hinge pins ..they are super weak and the front end kinda needs more beef ..i kinda wish I saw this before throwing a bunch of stuff at it already ..freaking money pit that's for sure... |

After seeing alot of wrexos and the heavy design i was loving the Yeti for being a more purpose built machine but ..i think an 8th scale front end is still the way to go imo.. all i got to say is we need to rock race! you guys setting up locked f/r or open front still with heavy oil? | Re: NIRC. Chit Chat Miss read lol.. Ya still early ..I'm not giving up .. i need to test better pins still So locked in back ..i wonder how heavy oil in both would do on the rocks ..i know haven both open would be great for racing but .... i kinda feel it should be opposite front locked and rear open ..then it would pull where you what it and the rear can rotate better for speed turning.. i got all the exo front hingepin alloy brace and related stuff coming for my yeti. i just wish parts were in stock... im getting tired of buying one thing from here and one thing from there... right now i have the open front diff but i opened it up and mixed a bunch of cornstarch in with the stock diff fluid. it firmed it up a little. i got the bluemonkey locked front setup as well. pretty sure when its all said and done i'll be locked front and rear. |

| Re: NIRC. Chit Chat Yes, between the royalities from the plug and my RCC pay, I'm now able to retire and play with toy trucks all day! I like micro and mini's and this one looks better than the Losi offering's with a sealed driveline and real (wp) electronics. |

Fun lil' project I did.. 2.2 non-beadlock aluminum SLW compatible multi-offset wheels. I did a set of 5.. I'll probably end up posting them for sale. Fun. One of a kind! Flipagram with music by Pantera - By Demons Be Driven Last edited by Die-Laughing; 10-03-2014 at 12:00 AM. |
