Had a good time today and nothing broke. Ponch is getting dailed in and seems to be preforming better which makes it a lot more fun to drive. Took the TF2 out for some trail running and forgot how much fun that thing is to drive what a good time and weather was perfect.

pretty damn good for its first time out! neat truck for sure... ive done about everything you can to it to get it dependable. xvds, helical cut gears, tamiya leafs, axial driveshafts, greased everything...

the only thing i hate about it is the stock transfer case crossmember gets freaking snagged on everything. i need to tuck the tcase up higher into the chassis but i dunno if ill have the time or ambition to do anything to it before the ecsc. if i had a grinder i could fix alot just by grinding away a good amount of the stock crossmember.

the rc4wd hub/wheel nuts wouldnt stay tight. they look good, but thats about all they are good for.

but yeah, nice rig. fun to finally run the darn thing. i think i'll keep it leafed just because thats how i built it, but i know it would be a little ass kicker with a linked setup.

I raised the flares up as high as I could get them, some rubbing still but I may be able to live with it. Really haven't run it on a trail yet. I love the tall skinny look though. There's a poker run next weekend, we'll see how it does.

R/C Poker run? You're having a blast up there!

Hoopty asked me today if I had Super300's in my truck and I said no. Then I asked myself why, Why don't I have Super300's? I need them! So, I have some on the way.
