Ok if you guys are really loving the C1 thing but need trucks to make a better class I can bring my little beater, if I get a chance to swap the Reciever.

Gonna rebuild this thing when the Wraith(s) are done if ever LOL. I have a XJ or Jk Body sitting here waiting...just gotta decide.

Weather: 3-6 or 5-8 inches of snow depending on location. I'm thinking that we might be better off in the woods maybe the snow won't be quite as deep. Either way I'm clearing my bench of Wraith 2 in the next day or two and putting my comp rig on a diet. Hopefully I can keep her floating. I wish I had a set of pitbulls now ...

We are in the woods.

If a few guys can get there early, we need to make a cleaner trail.

I'll try to be there early. Got some wrenching to do I was testing today and blew my motor. Least I think that is the source of the stink!

2nd gear is working again

Not sure what to do with the wheels. I think I'll run the current set up till I can order the missing hub and some more weight. The Steelies with the CHUD spacers, hardware, hubs and all the lead I have don't weigh near what the Eritex comp wheels do w/o lead... I need some weight!

I lowered my cog.
I installed a bent version of Jason's mount. It mounts directly to the skid and bends up, no derlin spacer. It dropped the monster trans by a .25"

I just took the updated Rock Rider out... I think we're going to have serious traction issues Sunday if the snow stays the same. Granted, the RR is open front diff and lighter than Buxom Melons but it does have PL TSL's and wheel speed... it got stuck big time in the powder. It was fun as hell in the packed street though!

Are we going to try and pack a trail?

Your going to have to be super light with lots and lots of tire and a big heck of a lot of speed, and you still gonna be stuck constantly. Temps are gonna warm up on sunday but I don't think in time to get the snow to compress down and get a little willing to pack. I'm thinking 20 gates considering may be a little ambitious LOL.... Boys if you got winches make sure they are in working condition.

This isn't a g6 so I don't need a spare correct? I wanna drop every OZ I can, I'm thinking about pulling out my passenger seat LOL

light and fast are two words I would not use to describe Buxom Melons.
If I swap the trans, it'll be lighter but then have 0 wheel speed with the 55t.
I could put the vxl in...
