I collected mine off an eBay seller, so I got 4 complete shafts for something like $40. He doesn't seem to part out the Nemesis anymore though. Sucks they didn't work for you. :-( They are fine for my junk though! And I think good for discos too...

It's still up in the air whether I use them or not. I don't think they will work for this rig, but I will use them. Oh yes, I will use them.

Oh yah, just remembered. I have word that a new part for this rig has been finished. Post pics marrow. Maybe?

Thanks a bunch B-B.

I gotta thank MAKKEM for the machine work. We are both very cheap, so we help each other out on our builds. Between the two of us we can come up with some interesting stuff. If only we didn't have to be cheap. Oh what we could do.........

Trany is done. Gotta thank Raptorman for this idea. It was very easy to set this up. By far the easiest I have made yet. It is shown with 15/72 and could drop a couple pinions too. This will be running a 10t Puller, I just wanted to make it flexable enough to run a 540 can size.

The stock TF slip clutch plates fit perfectly on the Revo pinion

Now it's time to finish my other axle

NIIIIICE! I've been wanting to try the Maxx/Revo diff as a tranny deal for a long time now. I figured it'd work. You pulled it off nicely.

Why so wide though? I think I would have run it without the adapter shaft from the diff to the drive cup. Thats kinda what I got planned for my Twin axles when I get time. I was gonna shoot for about 8-9" hex to hex.

nice job there. would a setup like tha allow for other motors, like brushless systems. the clearance looks pretty close.

I like my rigs like I like my women. No, not really but, I just like the width. The comps we HAD around here were lax and we set the gates wide enough for, well ME. If I remember right, the axle width without the adapter shaft was 10".
Confirmed 10"

There is very little room between the diff/trany and the motor with the 540 can but a puller is smaller diameter than a 540 so there is plenty of room. As for a brushless, I dunno. Maybe Steve could tell you how much bigger they are. You can make the mounting plate in just about any configuration you want so the sky's the limit

Hmmm, pictures are decieving then, just looked real wide. I guess it the LOOOOOOOONG axle tube that throws the eye off. 10" ain't bad at all

I could see maybe a smaller outrunner fitting in there, but then your motor is lacking the sack to pull a heavy super around. IMHO,a super needs a 30mm motor and no less. Personally,I wouldn't run anything smaller than that in a 2.2

I'll meaasure a few of the motors I got laying around here to see what the difference is.

Actually the axles as I am going to run them are 12" hex to hex.

Without the internal axle adapter shaft, and just the long CV they measure 10" hex to hex
