Well I'm glad one of us is getting a sweet polished rig together because I'm slacking big time. Big props on the polishing because I know what a bitch it is. The rouge tastes like shit, too, doesn't it...

Keep up the good work brother

Is it too late to tell New Era to make their pig look like the RC4WD one? Smooth it out a little?

Small Update.........

Went to pick up my ESC's and Motors but only the ESC's & one of the motors came in

Changed the color Scheme to Red on the shocks to match the motors and wiring

Mounted some "OLD SCHOOL" V-PIN tires just to see what they look like (Remember these? )

Finally broke out the good camera instead of using my iPhone

OK.......I'm done for a while
Gonna work on the paint job and Lights while I'm waiting on more parts
so give me a week or so

Thanks for looking

Regards Rick

Love the RED theme. Not sure about the tires though Do you still have any stockers? I think the Demolishers would look sweet if they weren't so stinkin big.

I did the red on the "KYOSHO" shocks to match the "Pro4" motors and "RX8's"

The only "Good condition" tires I have, close to stock in size is the "V" pins and OFNA wheels
The other ones I have (MANY) are painted, dry rotted & warn out

Do you guys remember this ?
It was a 2002 Hummer "Mad Force" that KYOSHO put out for a year or so

Best Regard

Rick

I actually do. The very first Kyosho truck I bought was one of those that was assembled and sitting on the LHS's shelf for a while. He made me a helluva deal on it, so I bought it. Thats when I got stuck on Twin axled trucks.

Do I ?

I appreciate it for sure but

Don't you think there too low profile for this build?

I was thinking of ordering some of those
"Demolisher Monster" tires just to see how they look.....

What do you think?

I was just curious to see what it would look like. The Demolishers are 9.8" X 5.7" Cut out some cardboard or something and size them up first. They are sweet, but I think they are too big for this. This is a testament to the Kyosho Force and I think they would be out of place.

That knot on your head is from working on to many Jeeps.

9.8" tall That's to big......

Just for an example, here's an OG rig of mine. 1:8 scale Bronco body and custom cut-n-shut tires..... 8.5" tall......
