hay guys, iv done my own suspension mod today, iv mounted the shocks inboard on the chassis, iv also lowerd them to the 2nd hole down. i used 6mm bar to make the brace, 3mm screws either side, then drilled and tapped the bar for the 2.5mm thread of the ball stud! its not perfect, and i found that i needed to add springs to the rear because it wasnt returning perfectly striaght! i want to make some custom tie rods, so that i can have better wheel clearance on the front (lock to lock) and also some new lower links to help prevent botteming out so easy! |

Yea performance is loads better! About half an inch maybe (13) perhaps a little more articulation by my calculations any way! Adding springs has slowed down the articulation rate, which has stopped it flipping on its roof when the front flips up!
