You can use tlt wideners like the tobee craft ones on the MRC, but you need to change the bearing in the stock hubs to 5mm x 8mm bearings to fit the TLT stub axles. And due quite a bit of grinding to the stub axle cup for clearance.

But the G-Made ones are an easier bolt on job.

I have purchased the G-made ones which was recommened by a fellow member I believe Zorlac. It was a great purchase Thx. Got it also from tcscrawler.com. You will have to make 1 small modification. Either sand down the side with the axle pin slot. (if not you will be pushing the extenders into the bearing, which is not good, since this will cause binding and possibly a damaged bearing.) Or what i did, was fill the pin slot (I used a motor cleaner spray can straw (the thin red ones) cut it to the size of one side of the pin slot (do it for both sides (make sure the cut straw pieces do not interfere with the axle hole)) then alien it and slowly tighten. This might be confusing, i appologize, i will try to take some pics and post it. But basically you are just spacing out the axle extenders so it will not push up against the bearing, which it will, with out some type of modification.

Once again THX Zorlac, now i have room to put both the servo and the battery side by side just like you did with your rig.

Default photos of jccrawler's mod

Thanks jccrawler for the tip on the wideners! I did this for my truck too and have attached a photo. I just cut a few tiny sections of WD40 straw, and popped them in the adaptor's slots. Then I simply aligned the slot, which now was almost flush, with the axle pin and tightened down the nut until the pin squished the straw into the adaptor. Once again, thanks to jccrawler for this one!!!

The Black Nat looks killer Z...

Did you end up fabbing this as a direct bolt up for the stock MRC, or do we have some mods to do?
