PLEASE dont cut that hood this thing is one of two mrc jeep builds ive seen that are absolutly bad ass cant remember the name of the other one but it was green and a little more full bodied if you cut the hood it looses the whole scalish rock buggy thing its got going on just my opinion. Rig looks great love the tube work.

| Nope. It is super light...the body only weighs 3.7oz. When I pull it all apart for paint I will weigh the cage, body with dash and belly pan, and then the rest. I am going to run about 8oz in each front tire and 5-6 in each rear.

| Updated and mostly finished!!!
Here it is. sorry it took so long. This is the frame only. I put a seat in it for fun but liked it so it stays. the grill was difficult. had to make it set back and small to clear the servo. installed a switch for the lights. also had a switch in for the sidewinder micro but the esc failed. took it out for repairs and installed the stock esc for a while. the lights are sweet. they light up half my back yard! Mike Paulsons 35t BAD-A-- motor. This thing is awesome. i just hope it doesn't become an axle breaker...small price to pay! Wheel base turned out at 10" exact and 8" track width. Still looking for the right aluminum rims. Until then my old aluminum over stock rims beadlocks will have to do. Still have rock sliders in progress that both to the two lower holes in the skid plate. 10oz in each front tire and 5 in each rear...in climbs sweet. I will take a video soon. |

| Ya, just painted. I am going to finish experimenting with it and them maybe I will get it powder coated. I can't wait to see how it looks as it gets all scratched up.

Thanks for the compliments. I drove it against my comp tuber last night. It was better in some spots due to the wheel base but the turning radius isn't even close! I think before I am done this one might end up 4 wheel steer. WHY NOT!?!?!?

Just AWESOME!!!!!! I like the color combo on this one. Should look good once the body gets some real damage. Hope my Tonka turns out this well! |

| I have one of these in a light blue that I got when I was 7. I think my kids have it buried in the sandbox right now. Came with a boat trailer and boat. Mine has a little more rust, got it on vac in florida and used it in the ocean. 35yrs later, still in one pc though - Go Tonka! LOL |

| Thanks alot for the compliment. It means a lot...I wasn't sure if it would go over well because it wasn't comp legal and it looks scale but isn't. There is something to be said about working with an all metal rig...way cooler to me!
