Default Making body panels

I got the dub topper for my Mini Wedge and was just wondering what thickness Lexan you used for your body panels? I want it flexible enough to bend over the motor.
Thanks in advance.

Not sure I know what that is, probably something totally different in the UK. Got a picture of your body panels please?

I went and got a sheet of 0.25mm lexan and printable vinyl - now all I've got to do is get creative. I can always double up the 0.25 sheet if it's too flexy.

Here in the USA, "roof flashing" is usually a coil of thin aluminum ~0.020"(?) x 10" wide and 20' or so long. Used for valleys/edges of a roof.

For body panels I use .020 or .060 plastic sheeting from my LHS. It usually comes in 8" x 12" sheets for a few dollars.

U can get the flashing in small precut rectangles 10 per pack in flat or 90°bend.
Its thin, light, and looks awesome polished or brushed with scotchbrite.
Rock dents rule.
