ECX temper : stiff articulation on one side

I just got an ecx temper and playing it with a couple of days.. I was aware of its torque twist aspect, but i think i have a slightly different problem

Even at very low speed, whenever I turn right on flat ground, the crawler lifts its right wheel up to its max articulation (around 3 inches)...

I tried to swap the tires, shocks between left/right to see if it could be the strength of the oil shock or some grip issue on one of the tires, but it's the same

After further investigation, I noticed something. When I test its suspension articulation by lifting one wheel by 2-3 inch and let go, the left side wheel would always drop back to ground immeidately, but the right side wheel, after articulation would frequently get "stuck" and not drop back to the ground.

It seemed to be the same on the rear wheel but on the opposite side (i.e. when i lift the left rear wheel and let go, it won't drop back)

I think this "stiffness" of the suspension articulation on the front-right / rear-left is causing the wierd behaviour. Would anyone have advise on how to smoothen the articulation ? (I don't think it's a shock/spring issue because as mentioned i swapped it with the normal side)

Just guessing really but have tried removing the prop shafts and then do the wheel lifting buy hand thingy ?
