Default Slash Class??

seems like a lot of people in our club have slashes on preorder.

i think it would be cool to have races at our comps just for them. maybe some kinda rules to keep them somewhat stock.

just set up some cones somewhere out where we are comp'n to make a course, find some jumps.

what do ya'll think

I'm down.

Ideas - motor, esc, tires: all stock? or change the esc for lipo?

Changes - Radio of your choice, I know I'll change mine.

We need a "Slash" rules committee.

Right now, I know of five in this club.

should be able to change tires, since they are 2.2 wheels we will have a big selection huh

and i would like to pull the waterproof esc out of it to run on something 4WD that i will actually be putting in the water, so an esc change maybe

maybe a Voltage rule and Motor rule & also, NO wheelbase/width or major suspension changes

I'm down, got mine on order, if we have limitations I will have to make changes. I planned on a 3.5r brushless and 2c Lipo, just let me know what the limit rules are. I am so exided, I raced offroad electric for 13yrs, I think I still got it

An unlimited class just keeps raising the money spent on the thing to keep up. B/w the scalers and crawlers, I think we need some limits, but we'll see what others say too.

But majority rules in this club and if the masses want anything goes, then it goes.

Not sure where to race them at our crawl spots. I know theres a BMX track in N. Little Rock, on the way back from JAX.

Shreveport has some big fields.

Its all good, I have a stock setup I can run in it, and I have a mod class setup I can run in it, or I can run in a pro class

Is that one truck or three? If three, then I need your hook up on buying the Slash.

these are really cheap, cheap enough for most everybody to get one and all you gotta do is add a stick pack and your running with everyone else.

yea, we dont need to make it unlimited, its more fun where Drivers make the race, instead of the truck
