Scaler GTG/Comp feeler

I am planning a G6 style scale GTG/comp in Ruston, LA on Saturday, Feb. 25. Just looking for an idea on who all would be interested in coming. Just scalers playing in the dirt. We will have about 2 50-75 gate courses setup. It will not be anything difficult. Runs will be timed and gate penalties will be assessed at the end. Rules will follow later on. Anything 1.9 or 2.2 will be allowed... preferably any scale chassis.

Yeah, you're schedule is deciding the weekend. Didn't know if your schedule was going to change any after the 1st of the year.

I am off the weekend of 2/11-12, but this is an ARCC comp weekend. The weekend of 2/25-26 is clear for me.

Well, I live over in Bossier City and a noob to scale R/C. I can't remember the exactly, but I've met either Marvelous Marvin or Constant Motion at HobbyTown in West Monroe one day. I have a SCX-10 Honcho just about complete and a Wraith. I'd love to come play in the dirt. Don't know much about all these gates and points, but I know how to press the skinny pedal and turn right or left...so ya'll might need to teach me a little about rules.

So yeah, I believe I'm in.

Rules will be simple...drive through the numbered flags. Having a set course makes for a better experience than just drives wherever. We would love to have ya.

I would like to see more 1.9 scalers, but I know of about 3 2.2 rigs that will be there. Run whatcha brung.
