I'd expect it at the usual places.
Looks like the same transmission & CVD axles you'd expect from the FMS FJ Cruiser, RocHobby Katana V2, & fire horse.
The EazyRC Patriot & Arizona have similar CVD axles with plastic gears. That full bed floor looks fantastic thanks to the lay down shocks and full depth bed.

I can't tell, but I assume so considering how flat the bed is and the angle of the shocks

Yes It's a hard plastic body with separate pieces, not once piece like a clear lexan body.

The price in the US on AliExpress is about the same as the similar FJ Cruiser, Katana V2, and Fire Horse Jeep. I've noticed AliExpress will have many of each of theses listed as much as $30 higher than normal, but there's usually one or two sellers that have the normal price and free shipping.

You'd have to stretch the wheelbase and track width quite a bit. Wheelbase alone is over 60mm more. Increasing width with the hex and axle extensions currently available would give you pretty bad scrub radius, but it's doable. As far as the body parts they probably won't be available for quite some time considering the red license Chevy version only started arriving yesterday or the day before. The fire horse and some other models have been out much longer and still don't have parts available.
I believe some of those are 54-60+ for all the parts, lenses and hardware to to build a body. I'd expect the K10 to be 60 or likely more.

Here's some tear down pictures. The bed snaps into the cab with three pegs much like many static models. It's a very tight fit. 1/18 scale there's plenty of room for larger tires. The slap bed from the 1/20 f350 fits surprisingly well.
