Pro Shafty Class ......I'm in...... dig or no dig I'd run in that. ( can you run it without dig ? )

IMO...
If nothing else we may raise intrest for those shafties that are not worried about Nats , if it does not get recognized as a class before next, just run the class anyways.

Default MOA is easier to win with.

BUT, if anyone every puts electric motors on axles in a 1:1 rig, I would be willing to bet everything I own that it would not be in the same class as SHAFT rigs. (at least not if they have more than a couple)

MOA's only excist in the RC hobby, there for should not be held back by 1:1 type rules and regulations

JUST SAYING..........

I have been to many 1:1 comps....no MOA there. They should be in another class. I would come more if there was a shaft class.

Default Pro Shafty for Me

At this point in time Greg and I would defiantly consider participating in a Pro Shaft class but only if it had a sufficient driver following.

But after talking with Greg I don't think we're interested in participating Sportsman due to the dig rule.

Any thoughts guys subject appears to be open for your consideration?

Any Pro Shaft class drivers?
I would run Pro shafty....well I would run either but I like stuff closer to scale.

There would be no invitations for the nats for this class. But as Kevin mentioned the things that work well for clubs often become part of the USRCCA rules so you never know maybe some day. If we do this we would not be the only ones many clubs offer this class.

Your welcome to run the class without a dig but you must be clothed.

I think Kevin said there would be one MOA invite, and one shafty invite.

2.2 Pro Shart class drivers so far.

Greg (Stormin2u)
djjiz
TomEGunn
kwapi
EtypeR (2008 Champion Gopher and one arm tied behind his back)

Who's next to play with in the big shaft class?
Don't worry we'll be gentle.

Are we talking running everyone (2.2 Class) on the same courses and just spliting up the scores.
LIke me and kevin were talking?
LaMans style comp. , every one runs the same and you have class winners and an overall winner.
So we would end up with...
2.2 pro (MOA) winner
2.2 pro Shafty winner
2.2 Sportsman
2.2 OVERALL winner

This way Gary can win twice at each comp
Just joking, but I think this would work good, we all run the same courses, put the scores all togeather and just ad a colum for class. Then we can find ourselves on the list and see how we compare to other classes and there own class.
This way JIZZ can still compare his score to the MOA's and so can others.

Also if by chance a SHAFTY wins a comp ,they get 2 wins for the day

I think it"ll work.... Do you guys?

Can you explain the need for a overall winner I'm confused by the logic?

I assumed we'd all run the same course at the same time shafties could drive around the extreme gates or make them bonus gates were the only thing you have loose would be time. Those options would ruin the overall winner competition IMO.

overall is just a "Who had the best day" type of thing, I know , the scores would show that, don't need to have it.

Actually 3 2.2 ... Open Pro, Pro Shafty and Sportsman but I'm hoping the Jerrys come over to Pro Shafty.
