Default Choosing 2.2 trail rig tires.

I am going to be buying some new tires for my bomber very soon and I think I have narrowed it down to pitbull rock beast II's, or proline super swamper tsl xl's.

I have decided to stick to trail runs with my rig as comp crawling just isn't fun for me any more. I will still be crawling on rocks, but also need to handle dirt trails too.

I hear a lot of good things about both tires. From what I hear the tsl xl's might be better for the broader range of terrain.

Can't go wrong with rock beasts. I would vote for pit bull growlers too. They are friggen awesome.

I tried those on the deadbolt during the winter. It certainly worked well combined with a Castle 5700 on 3s in it.

I'm running Voodoo's KLR tires available in three compounds Gold Ultra Soft. Silver Soft and Blue I'd call them a Medium. They are available in both 1.9 and 2.2 sizes. They do not however come with foams which is good in a way as most drivers have recognized the superior performance of the Crawler Innovation's foam products.

Just another another option for you to consider.
