Default Ugly Betty

Picked this up from WarTrader, did some mods, tossed the 1.9s, extended the chassis, made new links and 3rd shaft, Put 2.2 TowFaces on it mounted on some 2.2 Steelies.

Not sure yet where this is going but I have the following to go it:

- HS-7955TG
- HH 45T Epic
- HH BR-XL Waterproof
- Castle 10A BEC
- RR Gears
- Aluminium CHubs and Knuckles and Lockouts
- Highland Lockers
- Toobs for the front
- Betty Body
- CLAW winch with controller
- Lights

I am thinking of welding up a flat bed in angle steel and oak with a headache rack and a cut out window, Maybe some nice rear fenders. I could add an overhead rack and make it into a Zombie under, but I am actually leaning towards a flatbed stage truck with some home made amps, speakers, some drums and some nice guitars. Maybe a Blue Grass look with a Steel Guitar and a Dobro.

Anyway here is what it looked like (I actually like the 1.9s but thought I could do more with the 2.2s).

And now

I like the stage idea. I can see it now.

Cool! It will be a fun truck... Will you be doing more than one axle steering? My buddy had a 6x6, it was sweet, but be prepared to make 8 point turns! Lol

I wanted to keep the 2 rear axles very close so 6 WS won't work. I may do a dig though. I have n R2D laying around unused tht i couls replace the Axil Tranny with. Not sure yet how I will use it, probably more for fun less for comp.

I put my hand over the rear axle/wheels.
For some reason I think it would look killer as just a 4x4.
It would be a stubby one though...

2.2 multi axles are tough to get in perspective without a real long WB, but I want to run this in a TTC, so short WB, 2.2s and a gid are really needed.

I have the parts for a 8x8 that will be all wheel steering that I think I am going to do with 1.9 Flashpoints.
