Radish, I'm not sure if this foam will take dye or not. Anyway I'd need a huge pot since the sheets are 12x48 inches, and the cab is about 8 inches on a side. Once it's got some epoxy on it shouldn't get nicked too badly anyway. 715, no kids. I couldn't do that to the future. Indaflow, the first one is very close to what we're building here lime, give it a shot. You never know what you're capable of til you try. Like the centipede said to Alice, start at the beginning, and when you get to the end, stop. Got a little more done today. Gotta load the pics yet. |

Magoo, you've done it again! All you need to round out the military collection is a Dodge Power Wagon Command Car. Is the crane going to be servo powered or small motors like Goat's rollback? Any chance of a buildup on how to mod the axles for two pinion gears?

The axle mod is easy. Just use a big-rig pass-through axle, or chop up a TLT case. Here's the pic. I added the front panel and started on the power-steering cooler that lives on the back of the cab. 1,000 page views in a day, not bad |

This thing is sick. I've seen the elusive 8x8 of Jason's, although the debriefing afterwards was not fun. I caint wait to see this thing picking up a 2.2 crawler though, that will be a sight. | |

This is going to be one hell of a truck! Now, you got something you can use to lift a crawler from the course if it Brakes/DNFs/anything else you can think of...Just like in the real sport! |

Maybe some inspiration if you haven't already seen it. http://www.bauteil1.com/Trialchassis8x8.htm I especially like Bauteil's captured spring mounts. |

I know you probably already have your chassis design etc all mapped out, but I figured I would post a few different designs if you havent seen them already: They have all kinds of neat looking stuff, I cant wait to see one done with TLT axles, the body looks great, I love these trials trucks keep up the good work! |

Multi-axles are just way too cool. I'm thinking of making the Benz into a 10x10 just to be a dick Managed to raise the roof on this sucker. The inside of the roof is cut out, so the raised section is really raised, not just glued on. run2jeepn, no plans to make a mold of it. By the time it's done it'll have so much junk on it there's no way it would come out of the mold But if you really want one, Bauteil makes one in ABS for about $350. |
