Posts #57 & 58, yes - post #60 at first glance looks like it's broken, but it's actually a nifty slideshow!

Thanks, yes i use Tapatalk. Itś just the problem Photobucket doesnt support free 3rd party hosting anymore, unless you are willing to pay 400 dollars p/year. Switching back to google photos for now.

Had a little test drive today with my new motor 35t holmes torquemaster nice motor. Did great on 3s. Also changed to steel gears, kept a plastic duratrex 32p. makes more noise now. But i guess thats the offer to make when you want a stronger transmission. |

If you want even more noise go to a steel spur. Noise is ridiculous now with one. Lol Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk |

So tried motor timing, followed different video's about it. But still a bit confused. Can somebody tell me if i timed it - 6 or +6 degrees. |

I solved the motor timing, after watching some holmes info. Today ive had a great event in Belgium, Walk the Trail with around 250 competitors. Tried my mickey thompson tyres for the first time on this event. And they drove great. Also enough power with the 3s powered Holmes torquemaster 35t motor. |

Have been working on my crane. Winch operated tow hook. Used some aluminium plate and did some weathering to get rid of the shiny look. Really like how it came out. Verstuurd vanaf mijn GEM-702L met Tapatalk |

Looking good. Does the tire holder on the back slide down or just pivot ?

Thanks. The tire holder, is a one piece including the part with the scale accesoires on it. The whole thing is mounted with two screws on the bottom shock hoop mount. It can pivot to the back in one piece. However with the crane in place it cannot pivot anymore.

Nice job there! Any chance of fixing those broken picture links? Your build was one I keep flipping to for reference. Last edited by calcagno45; 02-15-2018 at 06:33 AM. |
