There is a diffrence between setting up courses and stacking rocks. I think they are stacking rocks on the 30th. We will be setting up courses the night before.
Albq bunch sets up 2 courses , Northern bunch sets up 2 courses. Pre-running of the courses needs to be done , but either with everyone present or just an offical. It wouldnt be fair if someone wasn't there to witness it. If ALL of the courses were set up the night before , the next morning a pre-runner and a non competing offical could run them to assure doability and timelyness , between say 7 and 9 am.
I think James plan is to run 2.2 and 1.9 simultaneously. I just hope there is enough terrain to set up 8 courses. (4-2.2 and 4-1.9)AND not have them intersecting at all. I aint crawlin in the dark.
If not then we'll just go with the points standings on the 1.9 class .
Be prepared FourCorners Bunch to pony up , we are gona need 4 judges. 2-2.2 and 2-1.9 , you will only have to judge one course , so it wont be too bad.

hey Mitch, if its gonna be 20 feet high, you get to stack the rocks on the top. hahaha. i was gonna help but my darling wife reminded me the 30th is our 34th anniversary and she doesnt want to spend it watching me set up a pile of rocks. im glad she reminded me today instead of the 31st.

I honestly had nothing to do with the rig in the pic.purple panels maybe.I gave him a flash drive with 2gigs of pics of the whole point series with everybodies rigs and this is what he came up with.I will have the final logo up either tonight or tomorrow.as soon as he is finished with it.this logo will be on the shirts and on the 1st,2nd,and3rd place plaques. As well as a bunch of stickers to hand out at the event.

There's a chance we'll have them Friday. Rich Trujillo posted that they might start shipping to dealers tomorrow.

Just visited with James a bit , after his visit with Fishmax they came to the conclusion that we dont need to have a state crawloff for the 1.9 class. We will just go with the points series standings.uckstr

Ohh yea , top 3 1.9 's , bring your trucks for a photo shoot.
