Guys I am going to call the meeting off at this time we just don't have enough people from the club attending to make this a productive event. I think that you guys should still to the fun run, but I think we should put this off until Sept 1st. Let me know what everyone wants to do and we will go from there but I do believe that we need most if not all of the club at the meeting to be able to get a feel for where everyone wants this club to go moving forward. Anyways LMK

Guys I just realized that Sept 1st is labor day weekend. So let’s at least get started off here on the forum and get some of the discussion underway. I believe if we are going to keep this club going we need to be somewhat more organized. I also would like to see everyone contribute to help make this club great. I would like to hear everyone’s suggestions and we will go from there. Let’s keep it positive and we will come out on the other side with a great club. Anyway I will start off by talking about money and club dues. This year I have talked to a few people about this and I think the club dues should be 25$ per person unless you have more than one family member in the club, that second member will only be 10$. These dues will be to pay for the end of the year BBQ and to replace any equipment that we might need along the way AKA tennis balls and chalk. Next I want to talk about how the judging should work this year Levi had this Idea and I think it is the most fair way to do it. At the drivers meeting everyone will put their name into a hat and the first four names picked will judge for that day. At the next comp those same four drivers’ names will not be in the hat so that way there are not the same people judging and setting up course and then having to clean up afterwards. As always all of this is up for discussion and I want to thank everyone for their input upfront.

Just to make sure since we have kind of gotten into club issue's, we ARE going to have a fun comp this Satuday the 25th at Brown Springs. We'll be in the lower section by the springs. Course set time is 9, plan to start by 10.

Also to go along with the dues I suggest that only those that are current on their dues have their score posted and counted toward state qualification. If you don't pay dues you are welcome to come out and run, but you will not have your score posted on the forum or tracked for the season. I also want to say x2 on everyone helping out. If you just want to show up and run and do nothing to contribute well shame on you.

One other thing regarding the comp schedule. I have suggested 1 comp every 3 weeks. We are all busy and a comp every 2 weeks is a bit much for me, but others might not agree so chime in

i have some ideas BUT.... raven watched me smoke the motor in my losi comp crawler. It sold in 6 hours on ebay today, so ill see you guys in a couple months with an moa rig.

So does this lack of response mean not many people are going to comp this year? Honestly I am on the fence about selling my comp rig and if no one is into it maybe I will put it in the for sale section this weekend.

I'd love to come but until I get this garage built I gotta save cash. .... I'm NEVER SELLING MY SHIT!!!!! got the pad graded time for concrete then a trip to Tennessee for werock and the week after that stand the dam building up... its gonna take a bit. I'm down for comping. I do like Lance's ideas. One every three weeks or once a month is good. We need to look at some new places too I think. What do you guys think about comping on Saturdays?
