NMRCC 2013/2014 Comp #8 Copper

[Hittman]

Sunday, March 2nd. Top of Copper

Running 2.2p and 2.2s classes. Three courses per class.

Course building is 8:30. Start time is 9:00.
Why so early? The temperatures are getting hotter by the day. Being out in the sun from 1-4pm sucks. If we start earlier, we can finish earlier. Sucks, but it's better. Don't drink so much and don't stay up late Saturday and it shouldn't be a problem.

This place is a fun spot. It is a bit of a walk to the rocks so wear good shoes. I expect it to be warm and sunny so bring sunscreen and water. Get those rigs ready.

Actually there will be a cold front coming through. Expected high is 58, mostly cloudy with a chance of rain. That is the forecast right now but it will likely change several times. I may have to bring my kiddo on this one but I am unsure on that. If i do, please do your best to remember the beautiful innocence of a sheltered 6 year old lol.

Lol, now they are calling for a chance of frozen mix. I am fine either way Hittman, but this one may be better to start at the regular time in case we actually do get any snow/ice that night. I will keep an eye on the weather and make updates here if you want me to.

If anyone is wondering. The location is at the top of Copper. There is a small parking lot there. If there isn't enough room, there are spots along the street. We will meet there and then walk up to the rocks together.
