Here is the one you want.

Amazon.com: Axial Racing 90022 Axial 1/10 SCX10 Trail Honch Electric 4WD RTR: Toys & Games

You have to try to understand. That you have come here seeking the advice of people who have been doing this for a little while and some for a very long while. Check out some of the builds done by people who have posted in this thread. You will find that they do know what they are talking about.

As far as crawlers go of the ones you have listed the SCX10 is the best option. There is a list of upgrade parts available for it as long as both of your arms. You can make your own hop ups with a few tools and some searching on this forum. There is also a lot that you can do to an SCX10 with out having to spend a shit load of money.

I guess in the end you are going to buy, what ever you want to buy. Be it an SCX10, Wraith, Erevo etc. But rest assured these guys have given you their honest opinions on the questions you have asked.

BTW if you can only buy from amazon, then why were you shopping on CKRC? Who BTW are the most unreliable crawling vendor going around.

Trust me, this ISNT a hobby you want to get into without having a steady source of income to throw at it. I know from experience. I am an unemployed recent college graduate, and have barely enough money to feed myself, let alone my dog. I see all these great things to do, and browse this forum every day seeing all these great trucks and ideas, and then get bummed out I cant do any of that myself.

If you're having to borrow money now, whats going to happen when you break something on the truck? Whats going to happen when you decide you'd rather have Pitbulls or Sedonas on your rig rather than the stock tires? What's gonna happen when you accidentally fry your ESC?

This just has bad idea written all over it.

You mean, "You guys and your RC's."

Most of us do other forms of RC besides crawlers, for example, I have:

2-12th scale carpet race cars
1-10th scale carpet race car
2-10th scale race dirt buggies
1-10th scale race dirt truck
2-10th scale comp rigs (a 2.2 Bully & a 2.2 XR-10)
1-MRC Pro comp rig
1-Mini T race/fun rig
multiple RC sailplanes, a couple of small electric RTF airplanes....I'm probably missing something.

I have acquired these over many years, buy some parts, build a lot of parts, etc.
I really see nothing misleading/wrong with the advice given in this thread as people try to help.

All my above RC stuff requires money to keep it going, some is "wear & tear", some is "crash damage".
Better vehicles & parts usually means less breakage, so it's a bit of, "It takes money to save money" meaning to get good parts/vehicles upfront.

Your choice, good luck with whatever you end up doing.

PS, I know a cute girl who's last name is ".png", want her email address? LOL
