Default explain the difference in motor turns

what is the difference between a 20, 30 and 50 turn motor in relation to performance. I have no idea how to judge which would be better. Im assuming one is better for all out low gearing and torque with low wheel speed and the other is the opposite, but how does it work?

Some people say that the turns are related to the torque this is NOT true there are many other factors that need to be considered. To make it simple turns is the motors rpm's per the voltage it's given . Most motors also have a kv rating with is the rpm's per volt. If your just looking to crawl your lookin at between 35-55 turn depending on how much wheel speed you would like to have remember it's not all the motor you can change your gearing and voltages ie 2s 3s lipo .

In my mind the best bet is 3s lipo and 35-55 turn or 17.5-21.5 sensored brushless with the exception of Hh motors
