Default Dual motors on ae5? Or options.

Can I run two 35t sealed can Rc4wd motors in parallel on a ae5 or what's a good dual motor esc budget friendly. 35$ and under preferably. I have the dual plate and motors already is why I ask.

I don't see why you couldn't just wire them both up to the AE5? If you're dead set on replacing the esc, the Hobbywing WP860 already has dual leads, costs less than $30, and will run 4s. I've been running the 860 for about a year on 3s, and have run 4s through it a few times. The BEC is only 5v/3a , so you may wish to add an external BEC (Castle 10a with programmable voltage = $20) or consider the RC4wd dual outcry esc (about $50) due to its 6v/5a BEC.

I have the motors but no esc yet. I was asking before I ordered. I like my ae 5s but saw hobby wing does a dual motor esc also for around same price. I just have 0 hobbywing experience. Thank you for the info!!

Oh, I gotcha. I was thinking you already had the AE5 (which is actually a relabeled Hobbywing WP1060, does that change your perspective?) In that case, I'd just buy the 860.

Yes you can run dual motors on an ae5. I ran one in my MOA.

That's all I needed guys and yes I'm always open to cheaper options. I get my rigs wet and muddy so I'm not into investing lots into expensive electronics. Just enough to have reliable fun and easy to be replaced. Thanks again guys!! And will grab the hobbywing. Thanks J
