Which size bullet connectors do i need for 550 motor? 3.5mm or 4mm?
And also motor wires - 18AWG or 14AWG ?

I use xt60 on the battery, with 13ga or 14ga wire.

On the motors, I use 4mm bullets with 13 or 14ga wire. We can get away with 16ga on crawlers too, but rigs with two speeds should get 14, 13, or 12.

While we're on the topic of wire gauge, always double check the actual wire diameter on the wire you're using and don't just trust what the printing on the jacket says. I've seen a ton of cheap wire come from Ebay and other questionable places that are a much smaller gauge than what they claim.

In fact, just last week I found an example in a surprising place. I needed to steal some wire for my new Holmes Crawlmaster Sport motor, so I clipped some wire off of a dead Hobby King X-Car 120A ESC. The blue wire was a true 14 AWG. The yellow wire was a 16 or 18 AWG with a thick jacket to make the outer diameter match that of a 14 AWG wire. Way to go HK.

LOL and the higher steel/lower copper content in the wire, less strands (therefore less flexible), buy quality wire, it's not that expensive.
