Does anyone have a part number of underdrive gears for my wraith 1.9 with ar44 axles? I can only seem to find overdrive gears for some reason.

Yes that's the part number I have which is way to big for the rear diff on the ar44 axles

I thought they were compatible with that axle, so????? I thought SSD made an underdrive set too but I couldn’t find anything when I looked. Hopefully someone knows of one because now I’m confused.

I'm guessing its the same principal going overdrive in the front as as opposed to underdrive in the rear? Any one of those brands better than the other? Also do I need any other parts or will that bolt up to my stock diff internals?

Underdrive would require a larger ring gear which isn’t possible with AR44’s, or a smaller pinion which would be weak since it’s so small. Overdrive is available and the only option.

....since you're bumping a year old thread... These came out last year and I've been running them without issue: https://www.vanquishproducts.com/ar4...ar-set-33t-8t/ |

Any video to see the difference speed rotation with front stock and rear with underdrive gears?

With the vanquish every 9 turns in the rear will about 10 in the front. Less than I would want for comping but fine for the trail. | |

| ![]() I've had the vanquish underdrive gears sitting on my desk for weeks now, waiting to go in my UMG10. Maybe this is a good excuse for me to install them this weekend. PM me an email and I'll try to send some relevant before/after video. I don't think there's gonna be a drastic difference, though.
