Yea I know, and the expected dates don’t mean anything. I think I may end up getting one when they come back though. Hobbytown doesn’t carry the stuff I’d really like to get for my build so why not. Wanting the grey c10

My wife just basically told me to get whatever I wanted for myself & put it under the tree. I ended up getting myself a trx4 chassis kit. Along with that I got a hobbywing 1080, a new servo, an axial xj body & a Milwaukee 12v driver. It was a good Christmas!

Got (in transit with ups) a 3d Printer and upgrades. Ender 5 Pro with a glass bed, direct extruder, aluminum bed adjusters, and Bed Leveling Sensor.

Santa brought me the Green SCX24 Deadbolt, and I picked up a Bully 2 kit. Toss in a Futaba 4PM to get me FIRMLY back into RC and yeah, It was a pretty great hobby haul!

Wife got me an SMT10, I got myself the ROCHOBBY 1/6 Jeep. For $215 the Jeep is awesome! Shocks were sticking, so I dumped the stock oil and replaced it with Losi 40wt and its nice and smooth now.

I got a new RC in the mail, Upgrades for said RC, and tires/wheels for the TRX4. Xmas gift to me from me lol.

To keep myself from throwing insane money at this hobby I made a rule that I won’t upgrade anything but tires unless a part breaks. We will see how long that lasts

I am buying a TRX4, the Defender, in either silver or red, throwing some brass on the bottom of it, swapping out the shoes for something beefier, and sending it. Going RTR because I don’t have time to build a kit right now and can replace servo/motor down the road. Turning the Element over to the kid and disassembled the SCX10 last night. May build a tube cage for those axles/skid next year.

Sounds like a great plan to me. Definitely won’t regret the TRX4, it’s a great rig.

“Something beefier” kinda scares me lmao. I can imagine a hacked up Defender with 5.4” Swampers on your workbench lol.
