Default Wheel Clearance

Building my first SCX10II. My wheels are just a little to close to my tie rod as my tire slightly rubs. How would I shim this for more clearance? It doesn't need much. Thanks

Which wheels did you go with? That would help us get you the help you need.

But regardless of wheel choice, you could just get a hex adapter off Amazon anywhere from 4mm to 30mm. I wouldn’t go above 10-15mm though, they seem to be weak link plus it’ll look weird on the axles. For you’re situation, you really only need around 7mm.

I went with RC4WD Rally 1.9" Beadlocks. Description says will fit SCX10 II, but really close, thus slight tire rub. I have a pic but can't seem to figure how to post it

Yeah I would just get some hex adapters off Amazon. You can get a set for a few dollars. I run a couple of pairs of these one of a high powered rig and they have held up fine: https://www.amazon.com/Atomik-RC-All...bap_m_rp_38_sc
