temperary hold down.



went to the skate park again the other night and this is what happened from the jumps in the video posted below. busted both esc mounts and crushed the fan casing into chunks.

so came up with a metal strap mount for the esc and used zip-ties to hold the fan in place.




video of a few huge jumps it took and wheelies with the lipo battery in the street.

the aftermath of my buddies slash after the skate park run, thats going to be a costly fix.

nice carnage.....I just recently bought a Scott Douglas/Mike Oberg edition 2WD VXL slash from towerhobbies.....I have a decent sized short course track built at the side of our house, but it is covered with a lot of pine straw, pine cones, twigs, etc. Nobody used the track while I was out of the country from May 2008 - January 2011. It will take a while to get the track cleaned up, since I am working most of the time.....I wish I had some friends like you do who also own Slashes...I'd love to be able to race somebody..
