The crawler is a Exceed MAXSTONE 8 and the tires are 9.8" RC4WD Demolishers

I've been running this practically nonstop and it's great! I smashed a curb and broke more stuff though. I fab'd up some hdpe for rear hub and beat the axle shaft straight with a hammer

That is sweet. I just picked up a brand new roller for $100. What motor are you running? I'm gonna try out a ballistic 4.5 with a mmp esc.

The current motor setup is a saker 36x74 3490kv 4 pole. I should also be getting another motor in the mail tonight that is a leopard 40x74 4074kv 4 pole that's going to require a custom motor mount. The esc is a Hobbywing 150a EZRUN that can run up to 6 cell lipo at 25 volts!.

I hate to admit it but you guys were right. The rear ring and pinion gave up today and I have no desire to try and source a replacement. It was fun while it lasted though. On the flipside my brushless traxxas slash 4x4 isn't as fast or predictable at high speeds so i will be modding it next weekend with a set of swaybars and a 19 tooth pinion

We have hardened steel ring & pinions for Redcats, and I wouldn't be horribly surprised if they worked. Do you have a picture of the assembled diff when you pulled it out, or maybe some P/N's listed in the manual?

Thanks guys! The parts I made are still working fine though. It's all the metal parts that need replacing. Like the Joint cups for the dog bones, the spider & planetary gears and ring & pinion gears. I think I might try their gears though.

I saw that site and didn't want to wait 3 weeks for parts that might be wrong. Also my antivirus popped up and said it was an untrusted site and it has never done that before.
