NIck, I am going to try to get my team members to come to classic maybe this coming sunday. Last week we were tired from racing on sat in medina. I saw the shots of the new track and it looks good. Don't just stay for practice lets race! LOL Here is a video of last weeks race at medina. We had 13 trucks in the race all spec class. Video has been made shorter than the actual race. http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=5S3pL5iXxno Last edited by fz1; 07-22-2008 at 08:07 PM. |

Troy! I might be up for a trip to CBRCR cause I'm not too far. Too bad traffic through downtown will be a complete killer.

Well how embarrassing would that be, the three of us representing a race class! |

I would be content with that, but not sure what a 6 cell, or 7 cell would do with a 3300kV motor. I read they're a little disappointing on lower voltage. And it takes a 3 cell Lipo to really get that thing hauling ass. Sidewinder/4600 maybe? |

It'd be great if the VXL was the same EXACT speed as the Titan stock set up. Just have a BL alternative... I'm seeing the CC Sidewinder/4600 or 5700 combo for $130 and the VXL for $170. I have to admit, only because I have a BA 3S lipo, I'm leaning a little more towards the VXL. I don't have anything really all that great in Nimh, or 2S lipo... but I could get whatever we decide. |

I just took the sidewinder 4600 combo out of mine, because I thought u guys would want to run stock. But I can put it back in. Its about the perfect speed on 2cell with stock gearing. Crazy powerful top speed around 30-35mph. Enough but not too much. Its fun in stock mode at the track though, I promise. Either way let me know Ill go stock or brushless. I would have to recommend sidewinder 4600 for 129.99 cant beat it. I run it for 45+ minutes with my 6000mah 2cell. We could have a crazy fast slash class. The first MODIFIED Slash class in the country. Last edited by tjscrogins99; 07-27-2008 at 03:57 PM. |

We'll run em stock this week, if we get together. It's likely Rob will need to sell half what he owns to get something else. |
