Most people on this forum dont care for nitro to much as far as I know, They are noisey, messy, very finicky, and not as easy to upgrade as an electric car.

great advice I'm sure telling him that no one likes nitro cars on this site helped find out if the $250 price tag is a good deal. Unfortunately I do not have much advice on that question. If it is ready to run with all electronics needed I would think it is a fair price. Pretty sure electric versions cost quite a bit more than that. I will say which I'm sure you already know is that they are a bit more work than electric. Nitro is nice in the sense you can just gas and go there is no battery charge down time. But seems a lot harder to keep them running good. And now days the performance advantage of nitro is gone. But the do sound better for sure, maybe not to the neighbors though. Wish I could give you some solid advice be it good or bad.

I appreciate your input anyways thanks. I did buy the 3.3 after seeing it in person I could not resist. I mean it is a Total Virgin. I mean its 4years old, but its Bran new never ran. The fact that it has built in electric starter amongst other kool features I couldn't help myself. I haven't ran it yet and find myself not wanting to play with it because I know once I do it Will Never be the same. Sent from my Z970 using Tapatalk |

I understand its a waste of 230$ (is what I ended up paying for it) just sitting there. I am sure I will end up Running it when the time is right. Its not like if I keep it new it will make it worth BIG MONEY later on down the road Sent from my Z970 using Tapatalk |

Yah out on the coast. I wish the Oregon crawling clubs would post meets and comps on the site rather than facebook. I dont do facebook so I cant find any info on comps.
