Default Superglue + Shoo Goo OK to bond Styrene?

Hey guys. I have recently made front light buckets out of styrene for my upcoming F250 build and I bonded all styrene with superglue, and then I put a layer of shoo goo over where the joints meet to reinforce it. Should I restart and use proper styrene bonding glue, or should I be OK with the Superglue + Shoo goo? My only worry is it cracking off the body, then the paint will be messed up. Thanks in advance!

Thanks, yeah at first I superglued all sides down then I put a layer of shoo goo overtop. It seems sturdy but I just want to make sure
