Definitely different but not horrible at all. Is she happy with it? That's all that really matters in the end.

She is "tickled shitless"!!!! When the little guy ran into her truck yesterday, she went appo-plectic!!! That means she started yelling about her paint job! LOL! Yea, she likes it.

i think you jeep came out nice. next time try checking a craft store for spray on glitter. it comes in silver, gold, and rainbow. and its cheap in price, ive used it on my r/c drift car body shells. i sprayed a lite coat of color then sprayed a ton of glitter then more color to seal the glitter within the lexan paint.

Looks like you hit a home run, and it turned out the way your wife wanted. Now ya just need a matching bass boat to pull behind it.

I feel your pain. My wife wanted a Matte pink wraith with alittle flake in it. While she custom mixed her color from red, white, & aluminum wicked color paints, I proceeded to drink some crown royal in preparation of spraying some pink paint.

Now I have to admit defeat with the Canadians posting impressive victories over our Hockey teams in the Olympics. If it weren't for that CB, I could still plead ignorance!

What funny, I got the CB and my friend down the street won the DMG 1000th chassis this weekend.

Either way, I still have to live with that stupid glitter paint job everytime we go out........sigh. Sometimes, I wish I didnt RC in public places so I could simply carry a bottle with me - hehe
