|  ground up custom body?
are there any vendors on here that make full on custom bodies? or anyone who does it cause they have the skills? I was looking for a Humvee body with a 13" wheelbase for a scx10. I know hoosierdady does great work. got a d90 lined up with him in march hopefully if things go good. but he told me he doesn't do ground up bodies and I cant find any Humvees anywhere near the scx10 size. if anyone could point me in the right direction. it would be appreciated. thanks

I modded a new bright H2 hummer into a military fastback H1 for a friend, but after completion, wasn't totally satisfied with the way it turned out. the wheelbase of the new bright body made the H1 body look too short. To do it right, you would definitely need to build it to real 1/10 scale and base the wheelbase from 1/10th of the 1:1.. If I get the chance, I'll post some pics of it.

Check out Locked Up RC, it has 1/10 Hummer bodies for SCX10s. You might just need to get Hoosierdady to lengthen it for you. |
