Default Lexan brush paint? What can I use?

I'm getting ready to paint my SCX10 JK body. I would like to use a brush to paint some small details on the body - hood hinges, etc. I would paint the details on the inside of the body. I've used the little jars of Pactra paint, in the past. Since Pactra is no longer, I'm not sure what I can use to paint the small details on the body.
Can I use Lexan paint designed for airbrushing? I thought that would work, if I didn't thin the paint - like it would be if used in an airbrush.
Can I use a regular enamel (Testors model paint), if I paint it on the inside of the body and back it with a spray Lexan paint?

If anyone has any input on this, I would really appreciate it!

Hi,
I paint on the inside of the bodies all the time with a brush. Yes you can use the paints designed for an airbrush. Just remember you have to paint them in reverse. here's a sample of brushwork.

I use ACRYLIC, water based air brush paints Parma Faskolor or createx and stick with the solid colors. Transparent, translucent, pearls etc are difficult to work with using a brush.

Thanks for the tip. I'm painting a perma crawler body for my sons maxstone 16. It will be his Christmas present, so I want it to look good. The stock body isn't too cool according to him he's 4 so go figure.
