I know we're all guilty of saying K for 4x4 and C for 2wd, but there are definitely exceptions to the rule. The "K" designation for 4x4 wasn't used until around '71, so anything prior could/would have absolutely still used the C10 moniker and been 4x4. Think about this: have you ever seen a 2wd full size Blazer? Were they called C5's? Nope, they were all called K5's regardless of 2wd/4wd until the 2wd ended production in '82. The same K-series became the V-series in '87 even though it was the same old K series we'd had since '81 (with the addition of TBI) until the end of the square body in '91 (Blazers, Suburbans and 1 tons only, the 1/2 and 3/4 tons died in '87.)

I didn't paint it, I got it that way. It will get repainted.

Hi all,
got this body a month ago and love it, except for the mirrors. They stick out way too much and knew they wouldn't last. Whats a good mirror replacement for this body. Something thats gonna look good and not break after the 1st run?

Also, thinking about an interior. Something that has nice detail and preferably no modding needed.

appreciate the help
The black piece doesn't work with the 69 Blazer grill. You'll have to use the chrome back plate for that grill. I painted mine flat black to tone it down. Also, try to cut out only the areas necessary to fit the grill.

Lose the side mirrors all together. RC manufacturers should have made rubber side mirrors a standard thing. Unless it’s a shelf queen, side mirrors are doomed.

Has rubber mirrors. I think they are from Prague so shipping might take a while, but they do work mich better - if you want mirrors (probably the first thing you lose on a 1:1 rig as well).

Maybe I have overlooked something, like how do you mount this body? I want to put it on an old SCX10, so does it mount on good old body posts/shock towers, or does it rest on the bumpers somehow?

I have my Axial C10 body mounted with rare earth magnets and headlights hooked up but, how in the heck do we hook up brake/tail lights with the provided hardware? Has anyone installed the light bracket and do you have any pics?

I'll put the C10 body I got to that F-100 chassis maybe next winter.

Hey volks! need help from the owners of Axial Chevy C10. If it's not to difficult, can someone give the length (wide) of the front bumper?
Want to check, is it fit with a TRX4 69 body.
Unfortunately, Traxxas doesn't sell the bumpers for a new 69 blazer body... and I want to check does a compatible Axial c10 bumper with trx4 body.
Yo! thanks!!!!
