Hey guys I am looking to get into this rally car stuff but so far all the information I learned has been from here. Are there any rally car specific forums that are any good?

There was a good one a couple years ago. But it is all gone. Right now I think RCC has the best information on the net for rally cars.

Hell, the DRX and WR8 threads here are the most detailed ones I can find anywhere on the net.

Yeah there aren't too many sites with good rally info. But R/C Tech has a pretty good thread for rally specific help and ideas, but it's very long and busy. It deserves it's own forum just like the rally threads on here.

If you post a question on there, you should get some help. monkeyracing.cz is a very informative user on that site, specifically with 1/10th rally racing.
