Default TB-01 batteries

I have one of these Wolfpack batteries...

Reedy WolfPack LiPo 3300mAh 7.4V 35C w/T-plug connector :: ReedyPower.com

They will fit the TB-01 battery box without having to trim the plastic gussets in the box.

I wish they had more mah, might get a couple new ones anyway.

Of course, trimming the gussets opens up a lot of options for value priced batts, just figured some guys may not want to mod the chassis.

Absolutely yes! It's up to you, but if you cut the gussets off, you'll get better value for money batts. I know a lot of people who have dremelled out the battery compartment of their tamiya chassis.
