| 32P in a XV-01?
Smoked a pinion and spur, pretty sure a rock got inside the spur cover, but I don't really know. Motor screws were tight, doesn't look like the mesh was a problem, giant flat spot on the spur, and munched the metal teeth on the pinion. Has anyone put 32p gears in? or are they to big I currently run stock ratio(3.09:1) on 3s. may just go to a steel pinion and 48p if not. Last edited by WAFFLE; 04-15-2014 at 12:37 PM. |
