Please correct me if I'm wrong. We're looking at a daily 140 mile round trip drive (2hr 40min) from the event "metro hotel" to the comp site and back.  Three days of events total 420 miles of driving (8 hrs.). Early start times...ouch.To the international guys this is just a first world problem no doubt.  |

Sounds about right, although the size of the site, gorgeous rock, and ease of location securing with the city make logandale a hot ticket. All the locals love this site over most of local (10min drive) spots. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk |

That is correct. Between camping and the two hotels in Logandale, there shouldn't be anybody forced to stay at the casino. I will be renting an RV and staying in the off road park.

Why not stay in Overton? My commute says 7.6 miles, 20 min. Mesquite sounded tempting because I know its cheap and has cheap food. I just dont think I am up for that 40 min drive. 1hr 20min from Vegas sounds crazy to me! Anyway... North Shore Inn sounds like a winner to me! |

And Erik's info is right. the dude at the hotel was rad. We found that it was cheaper to combine flight and hotel on the strip and then book the North Shore in additionally. Which will be a great excuse after the comp to go back to the strip and spend a little time being goofy

Just made reservations for 2 @ Preferred Hotel at Logandale- North Shore Inn at Lake Mead. ( Mention the event for a special $80.99 price on double queen rooms!*) See you'll @ World's. |
