Help gearing bully 1 with 45t motor????

Hi i have a bully 1 build and would like to have an idea on which pinion i should begin ,i am running novak m2dig,3 s lipo.so any help and idea are welcome and will be appreciated.

I always used 13t pinion in mine when I had one with 2x 55t at that time...

i think i have 13 in the front and 12 in the rear but i have a lag with it i need to check what is the problem,i don't know if it is the esc,remote batterie,but at thi time my probleme seem the signal sometime i push throttle slowly forward and nothing,i try at full sometime nothing sometime just go streghthead,sometime nothing forward ,backward and no steering so i play with steering a little bit and when it work i am able to go front,rear and another thing is when a try to keep the steering fully at one side it won't and re-go at the neutral position what can cause those kind of problem???so sorry for my poor english

Damn that weird... A bad receiver maybe?!? A short somewhere?!?
