Great event Parker and the G6 team!!! We broke the cherry, but not the rig on our first G6 event.

Here's a link to some pics.

G6 crew put on another amazing day of crawling. I think this adventure class format kicks a$$! Great to share the trail with everyone out there. Thanks again G6!

Your courses put the hurt on my body. Might not be able to walk for a few days.

As always an another awesome day with the RECON guys! It was a rough 204 gates for the Ultra Class, especially the last 60. Thank you for another fun filled day with my RCs.

The nice thing about having a G6 on Saturday is that you get Sunday to recover
Great time yesterday, guys. Big thanks to Stuart, Brad , Cole and John for putting on a great event.. these things get smoother and better each one I attend. Hell, Stewart even got to wheel ! Excellent!

And of course, my thanks to Captain Parker. Enjoy Hawaii, then get the hell back home so you can plan the next one of these.

Thank you Parker and the RECON crew for another G6 great event.the ultra class is a awesome format and can't wait for more.the extra 60 gates on the Rock Riot course was brutal,I broke my winch line twice...I'm not sure what took more of a beating,my body or my truck.
Thanks to Matt and Michael for some great competition.
and to Lake Amador for the beautiful scenery.

Well, another G6 in the books! That was a BLAST! I think I set a new record, breaking TWO G-Rides in ONE G6!!! After snapping the front axel housing on "Lil Lexus" at TM 7, I went back and jumped behind the wheel of "Poochie"! I was killin it with the VP'ed out AXIAL WRAITH until she took a little tumble down a 30' cliff at TM 88!!! That rig is DIALED with all the VP aluminum upgrades and UNSTOPABLE 2.2 AXIAL RIPSAWS!!! My son Cole was driving his stock AXIAL HONCHO with the new 1.9 AXIAL RIPSAWS and I was so impressed with how well they worked! Testing new tires in a G6 is the only way to tell if a tire is up to the rigors of compitition and they proved themselves without any issues!!! A huge thanks to AXIAL and VANQUISH PRODUCTS for making the best RC parts on the market, HANDS DOWN!!!

One of the things i like about the G6 (besides driving) is seeing old friends and meeting new ones. The "Coyote Hole G6" was no exception! The excitment on the faces of the G6 virgins was only rivaled by the pure pain and pleasure i saw as they crossed the finish line!!!

Getting to spend trail time with G6 veterans like Chris "Brokenib" Goris and John "sumquak" Halman is worth the cold nights and long hours putting it all together!!!

Once again i would like to thank the people that support the RECON G6 CHALLENGE, AXIAL RACING, VANQUISH PRODUCTS, BPC, GOLD COUNTRY RC, LOW BUDGET PRODUCTIONS and PLE! You all ROCK!!!

Saving the best for last, I want to thank PARKER!!! I dont know ANYBODY in RC with as much pure love and unselfish drive to do what he does!!! The vision and desire he puts into this hobby is UNMATCHED from coast to coast, and it shows in the smiles he puts on drivers faces!

I know it was painful for me to watch "The Wraith" going through on stage surgery and being so close to the pits, but that is part of the G-Sickness. No one knows what will happen or when, but Dan, a true OG6'er, diligently tried to get back into the mix of things as every driver passed him.

I get asked why a G6 is sooo much fun and another part of the reason is integrety. Dan knew that even TM 3 was "on course" and unfortunatly had to take one of the shortest G6 walk of shames ever, but it's because of Dan's actions and every other G6'er that shows intergrity, by filling out their own drivers log book and keeping track of their own penalties and G-Tags and succesfull completion of challenges; everyone has a great time and the RECON G6 Challenge keeps growing.

Hell of an effort, Dan and our "hood bet" is still on the table! See you soon, Mr Helmuth of the r/c world; your hood will be MINE!

Oh yeah, a full recap will be up this afternoon, but Rig Rocker took home Driver of the Day in the Wraith/2.2/Training wheel class!

Congrats, Clint!!!!

The riot and g6 were both way fun. Thanks Parker, Brad, Stu, Cole, and everyone else who helped put the event together. I really appreciate the hard work. Great location too! My only complaint was the lack of trout in my cooler. I need to work on my bait set up for next time.

Also, congrats to rig on his 2.2 win, you deserve it buddy!

See ya all soon

Thumbs up Re: RECON G6 Challenge "The Coyote Hole" by Axial Racing / VP / Pit Bull Tires

Coyote Hole was one for the books! What an awesome run! I was telling code red13, that each time I run a new parker course, I feel like i'm entering the "next level" of the most incredible game in the world

I"m sorry that I didn't get many pics guys, but I was busy driving this time! I usually sacrifice my run, in the name of fun, so we can get some good pics. But this time I was possessed by "Gold Fever" and had to put the smash down. I saw every line like an eagle see's it's prey. I attacked them like such as well. And it paid off for me this time because I was able to win one of Easy E's "Super Bad-Ass" trophies. I love it and will cherish it til I my death. Then it will be handed down to my children .

But I know the real fun and winning in a Recon G6 is in the adventure! You can take pictures, video, or watch on the sidelines, but you will never know the feeling of driving in a G6 until you do so yourself!
Man are we lucky!!!!!!!

Thanks for the "Props" Parker, Dan, and Hellbug

Thank you Parker, Brad, Stu, Cole, and of course Axial, VP, Low Budget Productions, BPC, PLC, and all the sponsors / supporters

And special thanks from Marley for letting her kick back at G-Central!
